Watercoolers are remarkably low priced items, after all what else can you get for around £1 per day? A daily newspaper or half a supermarket sandwich!

The table below shows our range of coolers and the pricing levels. The cost depends upon the length of agreement that you take out with us. Also the more coolers you have the lower the price.

Our bottled watercoolers are available in either floor standing or table-top versions. The rental price for either option is the same. DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION ARE FREE

Coolers are also available with either; one cold and one room temperature outlet, or with one hot and one cold outlet. Hot/Cold versions are slightly higher cost.

Sanitisation
Every 3 months, we remove all surfaces inside your cooler that come into contact with the water and replace them with a new factory sealed, hygenic set. The hygiene of your cooler depends on this service, which is charged at £17.50 per quarter.

Bottle Deposits
All of our bottles are recyclable, so we’d like them back! We, therefore, charge a £7.00 deposit on each bottle delivered and refund a full £7.00 for every empty bottle collected. So provided you don’t lose the bottles - it won’t cost you anything!

Environmental Levy
This is a small levy under WEEE legislation to accrue for the cost of the environmentally friendly disposal of coolers, refrigerators and other components at the end of their useful life. It is 16 pence per week.

Rental & Sanitisation are charged quarterly in advance, ancillaries and other products are invoiced upon delivery

All prices shown exclude VAT, which is charged at the prevailing rate.
